Proud to announce the opening of the magnificent Shelly Bomb's The Holding Space, housed in the beautiful & senseful Studio Anya, 49 W 24th St, 8th Flr. I'm honored to have been asked by Shelly herself to teach AntiGravity Yoga MONDAYS 7:00pm, alongside her & the other AG master instructors. Plus this 1st week our classes are just $12 (normally $20)!
