Frankie Manning: May 26, 1914 - April 27, 2009

May his spirit live on forever. . .
I am honored to have known him as a friend & teacher. I thank God for the opportunities I got to work with him.
I have never known anyone like him, both personally & professionally... super talented with a long list of accomplishments yet truly humble, generous & authentic, with a heart of gold & a big, contagious laugh. He had lived through so much that most of us only know by history books, but always kept things positive, looking for the good in people.
I think that even though he is physically gone, he will continue to teach & inspire us. I hope we all keep listening.
"A one, a two, you know what to do..."
Thank you, Frankie.
